Capable & Efficient
Under the hood, the Land Cruiser features the i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain, combining a 2.4L turbocharged four-cylinder engine with an electric motor. Together, they pump out a potent 326 horsepower and 465 lb.-ft. of torque—plenty of muscle for tackling rugged terrain. Despite its serious off-road credentials and a hefty 6,000-lb1 towing capacity, it remains surprisingly efficient, sipping just 10.1 L/100km2 combined to keep your adventures going longer.
Disclaimer
1Before towing, confirm your vehicle and trailer are compatible, hooked up and loaded properly and that you have any necessary additional equipment. If gross trailer weight is above 6,000 lb (2,721 kg), it is necessary to use a weight-distributing hitch with sufficient capacity. Do not exceed any Weight Ratings and follow all instructions and cautions from your trailer-hitch manufacturer and in your Owner’s Manual. The maximum you can tow depends on base curb weight plus the total weight of any cargo, occupants, and added vehicle equipment. “Added vehicle equipment” includes additional standard/optional equipment and accessories added by the manufacturer, dealers, and/or vehicle owners. The only way to be certain of your vehicle’s exact curb weight is to weigh your vehicle without passengers or cargo.
2Fuel efficiency estimates were determined using approved Government of Canada/Transport Canada Test Methods. Actual fuel consumption will vary based on driving habits and other factors.
Full-Time 4WD
Experience ultimate confidence with Full-Time 4WD, which continuously channels power to both axles. When the terrain gets tough, the Land Cruiser adapts instantly. Lock the center differential at the push of a button for enhanced off-road capability, or engage the standard Electronically Locking Rear Differential to split power evenly between the rear wheels for maximum traction. To master any environment, the controllable front Stabilizer Bar lets you choose your ride: engage it for sharp, high-speed stability on the pavement, or release it for extreme wheel articulation on the trails.

1Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection (PCS): The TSS Pre-Collision System is designed to help avoid or reduce the impact speed and damage in certain frontal collisions only. The Pedestrian Detection system is designed to detect a pedestrian ahead of the vehicle, determine if impact is imminent and help reduce impact speed. It is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving. System effectiveness depends on many factors, such as speed, size and position of pedestrians, driver input and weather, light and road conditions. Please see toyota.ca, your local Toyota Dealer or Owner’s Manual for details.
2Intersection Turning Assist System: The Intersection Turning Assist system is designed to detect a pedestrian or approaching vehicle at intersections under certain conditions, determine if impact is imminent and help reduce impact speed. It is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving. System effectiveness depends on many factors, such as speed, type of turning maneuver, intersection layout, size and position of pedestrian and weather, light and road conditions. See Owner’s Manual for additional limitations and details.
3Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC): Dynamic Radar Cruise Control is designed to assist the driver and is not a collision-avoidance system or a substitute for safe and attentive driving practices. System effectiveness depends on many factors such as weather, traffic and road conditions. Please see toyota.ca, your local Toyota Dealer or Owner’s Manual for details.

It is not a collision-avoidance system or a substitute for safe and attentive driving. Effectiveness is dependent on many factors including road, weather and vehicle conditions. See Owner’s Manual for additional limitations and details.
